Be Positive products come with a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. If you return your Be Positive product that's out of condition for any reason, we'll mail it back to you with the same design and style.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Be Positive will cover both shipping costs. In such a case, after the customer notifies Be Positive via email, the product, along with all accompanying official documentation, will be shipped via Yurtiçi KARGO (payment by the other party). Be Positive will, upon the customer's request, refund the full product price, including shipping, within 14 days. Alternatively, if the product is no longer in production and unavailable, Be Positive will provide the customer with a product of the same category in the same quantity and free of charge.
If the product is damaged or lost during the shipping process, before confirming the delivery receipt, have a damage assessment report (report) prepared by the courier company representative, attach it to the product(s) to be returned, and return it to the courier company. The shipping costs for both the returned product and the replacement product will be the responsibility of the courier company.
