In case of partial or complete unauthorized copying of the graphic design of this site and all written and visual materials used in it, all rights of Be Positive and TAYFUN İZGİ are reserved in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey.

Be Positive / TAYFUN İZGİ is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered into our system by the registered user. This information may be used by Be Positive officials for the following purposes:

To inform members about newly added products, campaigns and opportunities via e-bulletins and mass e-mails, if this preference was used during membership,

To provide materials for service and product improvement studies by analyzing customer feedback and shopping preferences,

To measure customer trends and satisfaction by conducting surveys not more than three times a year.

Be Positive undertakes not to use member information (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, bank account information, etc.) for any purpose other than the purposes listed above and not to share it with any person or organization for any purpose (excluding information required for shipment by courier company and legal requests of public authorities).

Members have the right to unsubscribe or opt out of the newsletter at any time. Newsletter subscriptions can be removed from the member control panel. Upon receiving the request, Be Positive is obligated to delete the relevant membership account from its database within two business days.

Customer credit card information is not included in the bpositive.com.tr website database. The bpositive.com.tr system never sees this information. This transfer occurs between the user's computer and the bank's system, protected by a 2048-bit SSL certificate. The transaction is completed on the bpositive.com.tr system after the authorization is transmitted from the bank system to the bpositive.com.tr system. During this process, third parties (including Be Positive system administrators) cannot access credit card information, either partially or completely.
